Take the Next Step Towards Recovery
Seeking out treatment is one of the most courageous things you can do. It isn’t easy to acknowledge a problem. At California Behavioral Health, we understand the sensitive nature that goes along with the process of seeking out help and receiving care. Each admission to California Behavioral Health is made on an individualized basis. Each person’s unique concerns, needs, and goals are taken into consideration and reviewed prior to admission. Our admissions process is a simple, yet effective three-step process to determining which level of care each person is fit for.
Assessment
Each assessment conducted by a caring admissions coordinator who will help determine your specific goals and needs for treatment.
Approval
The approval process goes through our clinical staff and medical staff as well as our administrative staff. This portion reviews assessment and payment information.
Admission
During admission, each resident meets with staff to determine the best treatment plan to ensure a successful foundation of recovery.
We’re Here 24/7
To begin the process, all you need to do is call our admissions department. Our comprehensive and experienced team can answer any questions you have about our alcohol and drug rehab and the treatment process. While this is one of the most difficult calls to make, it’s often the most important. At our Palm Springs addiction treatment center, we stand on the belief that addiction isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Our staff uses an individualized approach and stands firm in providing compassion and understanding as foundational values to help people along the path of recovery.
