The kitchen staff not only makes delicious food, but they take care of my dietary requests also. They go above and beyond to not only provide what I need but also what I want. The nursing staff here always know where I’m at and how I’m feeling. It’s not just a job for them. They show me that they care about my recovery. The doctors here care about my health not just for recovery, but also for when I leave here. The therapists here have been a major part of one of the biggest and best changes I’ve ever made in my life, for my life. My experience here has not only helped me to recover but also provided me with tools to remain so when I return home.

Thank you for helping me find myself and for helping me to realize that I like myself and am excited about being myself, strong and with no slavery to addiction.

This is an amazing place! I don’t know how you found such awesome employees. I never once heard a negative word come out of their mouths. Always happy and outgoing, even when some of the guests were being d-bags.

I didn’t notice any weaknesses during my stay. They have an amazing team here at CBH.

My name is Jon and I came to California Behavioral Health in October of 2020. I was at the point where I was going to lose my family and die from alcohol abuse. I had been thru treatment before but for whatever reason I couldn’t stay sober. I had reached my limit on stress, worry and I was killing myself by drinking.

The staff at CBH is amazing and it begins with Melissa & Paul, they have constructed an amazing program setting each resident up for success. The accommodations are nice, swimming pool, yoga, large screen TV’s and very safe. The Medical staff, Housekeeping/Maintenance and in-house Chef prepared meals exceeded all expectations.

The daily schedule allowed the resident to process your thoughts, feelings in a safe group setting. Workshops to address goals that you want to accomplish, group projects to work thru feelings and anxieties. It’s amazing how similar we all are/were in our addiction. The group would go on day trips for exercise, build camaraderie and team building.

The individual therapy was amazing, at the time is was Dulce, Adam, Will and Taylor. They showed me how to deal with life, work thru stressful times, establish boundaries and to love myself again. This group saved my life, and I will be forever in their debt. I’m coming up on my 1-year sobriety date, I have my family back. I’m a better husband, father, friend, and son thanks to all the staff at California Behavioral Health. The tools and skills I learned at CBH help get me thru each day.

My name is Matthew and I was a resident here at CBH from 6/22/2020 through 7/23/2020.. I just Graduated the program in 32 days and I am writing this because I am truly Thankful to them All.. I would like to Give CBH 7 Stars but it will only like me give 5 .. CBH is a fantastic place to get your Body .Mind and Sprit back into shape. ALL the Safe here are fantastic and attentive to what you are going through. All the Therapist here are Truly top notch and take the time to truly help you and get to know you , your needs and get down to that Nitty Gritty of what your blocking out of your life with what your doing or using. If you are looking for help do not hesitate to call them and ask for help it will be the Best start to your new You. So if you are looking for help Like I was and want to put in the work to get the Help .. DO IT… Remember ( YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT IN ).

I came to California Behavioral Health when I was finally at the point where I thought life was no longer worth living. Once I got to CBH my whole life changed as I have never met more caring people in my whole life. I completed treatment after going through detox and residential treatment for thirty days. Making that phone call was the smartest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been clean and sober since! I owe my life to this program!

Let me start by saying that this place has saved my life as I had been struggling with alcoholism since getting out of college. I had tried numerous 12 step programs and always experienced somewhere that I always struggled to relate with. Once I arrived at California Behavioral Health, they welcomed me with open arms and I was among people who truly cared. I’m so glad I choose to call that phone number and put a little trust into the voice on the other end of the phone and let them take me in. Thank you for Saving my life.

This place is on another level … it has not only freed me from a devastating disease and substance dependency, but also has given me the tools to transform my life. The management is phenomenal, and the therapists a very compassionate and totally understood what each one us were going through. CBH is an amazing place with amazing people and it was an amazing experience … if anyone is thinking about going here,my advice would to them would be to stop thinking about it and just jump into it . You won’t be disappointed in any way.

California Behavioral Health was an amazing awakening to me. I feel like they really found the root of my issues and I think that ANYONE even people without substance abuse could utilize this facility. I highly recommend them!

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful the staff and this place is! They honestly saved my life It takes a lot of heart for people to help someone in their worst state and the Therapists at California Behavioral Health are truly amazing!

I recommend anyone seriously wanting to change their life and get on a much better road should go here because they helped me get to the root of my addiction and how to move forward with it and not go back. I had my own room and this place helped me become happier with myself and keep on the road of Sobriety.
